The 2022 Can-Am Outlander XT 850 (Camouflage) is a powerful and rugged 4x4 utility ATV built for serious off-road performance, work tasks, and trail adventures. It is powered by a Rotax® 854cc V-Twin liquid-cooled engine producing about 78 horsepower, delivering strong acceleration and reliable power for towing, hauling, and tackling difficult terrain.
This ATV features a CVT automatic transmission with P/R/N/H/L gears and engine braking, providing smooth operation and excellent control on steep trails. The drivetrain includes selectable 2WD / 4WD with Visco-Lok QE auto-locking front differential, improving traction and stability in mud, sand, and rocky terrain.
Designed for durability and comfort, the Outlander XT 850 comes equipped with arched double A-arm front suspension and a torsional trailing arm independent (TTI) rear suspension, offering excellent ride quality and stability on rough ground. The ATV also includes Tri-Mode Dynamic Power Steering (DPS), making steering easier at low speeds and more precise at higher speeds.
